Terms and Conditions - Princess House

1️⃣ Discount coupons:

  • All discount codes in the Dar Al-Amirat app and website may or may not include discounted products, depending on the terms and conditions of each code.
  • More than one offer or discount cannot be combined in a single order unless otherwise stated.


2️⃣ Loyalty points program:

  • The customer receives one point for every riyal spent at Princess House.
  • Every 100 points can be exchanged for 1 riyal.
  • The available points can be used in purchase transactions according to the approved terms and conditions.
  • The loyalty points program continues until 31/12/2025, and customers must use all available points before this date , as points will not be valid for use or exchange after it .
  • Princess House reserves the right to suspend or modify the points program without prior notice.


3️⃣ Cashback system (wallet balance):

  • The loyalty points program will be replaced by a cashback system within the Princess House offers starting from January 1, 2026.
  • The customer receives cashback according to the offer activated at the time of purchase.
  • Cashback is calculated based on the order value before adding VAT . The tax value is not included in the amount eligible for cashback. If the offer requires a minimum order, the customer must achieve this amount before tax in order to be eligible for cashback.
  • The cashback balance is added to the customer's wallet after the order is received.
  • Cashback balance:
  1. Valid for one year from the time of receiving the cashback.
  2. It is only used through the Princess House app and website.
  3. Not convertible to cash.
  • In the event of cancellation or refund of the order, the cashback balance associated with the order will be cancelled.


4️⃣ Compensation:

  • In the event of a damaged product arriving or an error in the order, the customer will be compensated with a wallet credit after contacting customer service and assessing the situation, in accordance with the exchange and return policy.

6️⃣ General provisions:

  • Princess House reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions at any time, and the amendments shall be effective immediately upon their publication on the application and website.
  • Continued use of the application or website means acceptance of the updated terms and conditions.
  • These terms and conditions are subject to the regulations and laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
